This is the only 8 in 1 EPROM known to exist.  No board or cartridge shell has been found.  The games on the prototype appear to be complete except for Centipede, which is corrupted.  This is due to the programmer being given a bad EPROM Master from the archives, a note found with the EPROM notes this problem and that the programmer was waiting for the fixed Master..

According to notes found with this prototype it appears that Missile Command and RS Volleyball may have been two alternate titles considered for this compilation.  Perhaps Atari was rethinking their decision to include the SwordQuest titles?
