Halloween ?-??-83 (Prototype #2)

This is a late level WIP for Halloween. The game is pretty much the same as the final except that the The score displays M's (or are they H's?) as place holder digits (there are no place holder digits in the final version).  There are also some minor bugs in the game (such as graphical glitches), but they only appear randomly.
