Joust 8/9/83

This version appears to be the same as the final cart, but there are no noticeable differences in the game.  According to Thomas Jentzsch (who analyzed the source code) there are only two different instructions in this prototype.  There was probably some minor code optimization or bug fix that caused these instructions to be changed for the final version.

The 222 code is actually a date.  In this case it means the 222nd day of 1983 which was August 9th.
