Kickman 1-8-82

This is the only known copy of Kickman.  While no actual prototype has been found, this disk (found in the collection of a former Roklan programmer) contains the near final source code.  The code required a small tweak to work on a real 2600, but seems mostly complete.  This is likely the first release candidate but as noted earlier, CBS needed to fine tune the code before it could be released.  The version with these changes has yet to be found, but this nearly complete version is fully playable.
