Choplifter 1-4-84

This version is very close to final.  The only real noticeable differences are that this version lacks the opening demo and the copyright says 1983 instead of 1984.  Notice the blue label underneath the black Atari lab label?  That's a rare blue GCC label which was used internally by GCC for their lab loaners.

Note that if the colors look a little funny it's because the current 5200 emulators don't support artifacting properly.
