RealSports Baseball 3-21-83

 

This is another mid-level work in progress.  There are still several bugs that need to be worked out, but some of the biggest bugs (such as the computer getting stuck in the corner) have been cleaned up.  The various pitching options have also been implimented in this version, but the voice is different yet again.

 

Prototype Differences
The voice is still very different from the final.
There is no voice on/off option on the title screen.
Voice samples occasionally get cut off or don't play.
There is only one voice sample for Ball and it's used for all three.  The final version has different samples for Ball One, Ball Two, and Ball Three.
There is only one voice sample for Strike and it's used for all three.  The final version has different samples for Strike One, Strike Two, and Stirke Three.
There is no cheering between innings.
The voice says "Strike" instead of "Foul Ball".
The music still different and plays too slow.
The game plays faster, but still isn't at full speed.
The hidden credits are colored differently.
