Montezuma's Revenge 5/30/84

This prototype is the final version.  The RLS.1 on the label means Release Candidate 1.  A release candidate was what the programmer felt was the final version of the game and was sent to PB for verification.  After that it would have been changed to FNL.1 which means Final and then sent off to be manufactured.

Interestingly the file version of Montezuma's Revenge that was popular on pirate BBS's back in the day is not based on this version but a slightly earlier late WIP version that was hacked with a title screen that said Preliminary Monty (which is probably what the label on the prototype said).  This hacked version had some corrupted rooms and bugs that are not present in this version.  Oddly, this complete version was not dumped or distributed in the 80's.
