Popeye RLS.1

This appears to be the final release.  The RLS.1 on the label means Release Candidate 1.  A release candidate was what the programmer felt was the final version of the game and was sent to PB for verification.  After that it would have been changed to FNL.1 which means Final and then sent off to be manufactured.

Interestingly there are actually two versions of Popeye.  The first (which is the same as this prototype) has a bug where the stage 1 music will play after the opening music if the player pushes reset.  The second release fixes this bug.

I'd like to understand the logistics behind this

Bluto can still get you on the seesaw

Notice how your character sprite width doubles when punching?

How did Olive get up there without a ladder anyway?
