Psyclotron 3-9-85

This appears to be the near final version of Psyclotron.  This version adds a nice Eclectek splash screen while the game loads and fixes the bug where the right side of the brain doesn't start glowing again after picking up the synapse.  This splash screen was removed from the final version for some reason.
