Star Raiders 2-23-83

This prototype is a bit of a mystery.  Although it appears to be the final version that cart and EPROMs are clearly marked as PAL.  The date is also much later than the final NTSC Star Raiders prototype (4/18/82), but earlier than the date listed for the PAL version (3/8/83).  The game doesn't seem to play any differently, except for some slowdown which may be due to the extra scanlines PAL TV's draw.
