MIDI Maze ?-??-91

Although this version of Midi Maze is dated 1991 as opposed to the earlier protos which have a 1989 copyright, it still identifies itself as version 1.00.  Even though it's dated two years later, the only visible differences are the changed copyright date and the lack of a compass.  It's unknown why the compass was removed, but according to programmer Michael Park he recalls that someone did not like the compass so it's possible a build was made without it.  The two year gap between prototypes is a mystery though.  The game itself seems to play exactly the same, although there may be some behind the scenes code optimizations that are invisible to the player.
